Well, these few days have been stressful. Imagine having only 2 weeks left(inclusive of this week) to revise for your prelims. If that aint bad enough, imagine having like tons of homework left,one of which is dumb numerical methods. Well, if you dont know wads numerical methods, its a dumb chapter that requires you to write every variable in like 5 decimal places. Which equates to lots of time wasted trying to press the stupid calculator and tons of time wasted trying to get the right answer. Ok, maybe it aint that bad, but i just cant stand this kinda chapters.
Its either im plain slow, or MPH is against me. I went to parkway MPH just now, after GPR. I went there to get the book i've been waiting quite long to get - Freakonomics. The dumb thing is, i saw it there last last week when i went, but i din get it, instead, i tried looking for Blink!. Then because it was sold out, i marched all the way to Popular to get it instead. Along the way, i tried convincing myself that just becos MPH is supposed to be a big bookstore, it need not have just the one book that i want. Ok, so today, I went again to MPH to find Freakonomics, this time, even Freakonomics is sold out! Oh man, maybe i have good taste, but surely MPH should have quite alot of stock right...
OK, that aside, my trip to MPH and popular was quite pissing also. Somehow, the alarm sounded when i walked into both stores, which dosent make sense. I mean, which idiot will steal something and walk into the store. Ok, then when i walked out, it sounded again. Haha, so i think i did something rather stupid, but i just continued walking as though nothing happened. I wouldnt have felt so dumb if there werent people staring at me. But since i was quite pissed to walk so much to get my book, i wasnt in the mood to care.
Haha, ok lar, but i guess both books were worth it. Blink! was certainly worth all the trouble getting.
